We were recently very fortunate to have a whole preschool trip to Palette and Pasture near Frome.
Emily Sheppard did a great job at organising an opportunity to visit the farm, see all the animals and even get to make our very own ice cream.
A tractor ride around the farm, visiting the goats, sheep, calves and prettiest highland cows was a highlight of the day. We even got to go into the parlour where the cows are milked. The children then got to help make vanilla ice cream which obviously required essential tasting. We were thrilled to be able to come home with the tubs of ice cream we made so we could enjoy it as a treat throughout the week at preschool.
